The restaurant features panoramic views of the city through floor-to-ceiling windows evenings from 6 p.m. to 12 a.m. On Sundays, the Winter Garden Hall, in the Panorama Restaurant, serves Mediterranean dishes on family brunch buffets under a glass dome. Stolichny Restaurant offers Russian and Soviet-style dishes. The interior of the restaurant is decorated with views of Moscow. The hotel\\\'s Diamond Lobby Bar offers hot and cold snacks and desserts from the hotel\\\'s kitchen.
