1140 standard doubles, including 460 renovated rooms, 40 Suites, 20 duplex suites. Starting from the year 2000 many rooms of the Park Inn Pribaltiyskaya Hotel were refurbished (changed: wall papers and tiles, floor cover, electric sockets and switches, bathroom equipment, furniture). All rooms are tastefully decorated and offer queen-sized beds or twin beds. Rooms also have: electronic key locks, en-suite bathrooms with bath tub, shower and WC (in rooms for disabled persons – shower), telephones with international satellite connections, remote control TV with satellite and local channels, mini-bar or small refrigerator and hair dryers in suites & Apartments. All suites and duplex suites are also equipped with personal safe deposit boxes. Some rooms have desabled facilities. The Park Inn Pribaltiyskaya Hotel also offers Non-Smoking rooms. Extensive facilities: seven restaurants, night club, on-site parking, conference rooms, gym, Wellness Centre, indoor Aquapark and much more.

Beautifully equipped banquet halls may be used for banquet, as well as for conducting conferences and seminars. They are capable of accommodating from 30 to 600 persons. For events\\\' coordinators we offer a congress hall for 1,000 people, negotiation rooms, large exhibition areas, and a modern business center.
