Conferences Description

Conference Hall Situated on the ground floor of the hotel, the Conference Hall accommodates up to 205 people if seated. The hall is fitted with an integrated screen, slide and overhead projectors, microphones and loudspeakers and has the additional facility for simultaneous four-language translation. Pavlova This spacious meeting room, named after the famous Russian dancer Anna Pavlova, is on the ground floor of the hotel. It offers bright, natural daylight, two retracting screens, electronic blackout blinds on the skylights and is fully soundproof. At a floor space of 118 square meters, it accommodates up to 100 people for a meeting or 70 for a reception and can be divided into two smaller units by a large, custom-built wooden divider. Nabokov Named after the St. Petersburg's writer, the Nabokov Room on the ground floor of the hotel is decorated in dark water-oak with mirrors, making it a light, spacious environment for work and play. At 52 square meters, it can comfortably accommodate up to 25 people if seated and 20 for banquets and formal dinners. For smaller meetings, the room can be divided by a large, wooden screen into two smaller rooms, each accommodating 10 people. Esenin Situated on the 3rd floor and named after the infamous poet Sergei Esenin, this peaceful room overlooks hotel's open courtyard. With an area of 60 square meters and plenty of natural light, it can accommodate 20 - 25 people amphitheater, 18 in a U-shape and 22 for a board meeting. Borsalino Borsalino is one of the most popular restaurants in St Petersburg. It serves as a meeting place for hotel guests, as well as the city's elite. The main restaurant seats 150 and has two private dining rooms for 18 and 25 guests, which are available for all kinds of celebrations. (The rooms can be also connected and are capable of accommodating up to 60 guests).

Children Conditions

Children under 3 sharing a room with their parents will be provided with a cot on request free of charge. Children aged 12 and under staying in a separate room are entitled to a 50% reduction from the room rate in shoulder and low season (during the high season full rate will be charged). Breakfast for children under 12 will be charged at 50% of the adult price

Each room has a built-in wardrobe, an arm-chair, a desk with the modem plug-in facility, glass coffee table. Each room has a thermostat, satellite TV, phone, mini-bar, safe deposit box. Deluxe Room

These upgraded rooms overlook St. Isaac's Square. Double rooms offer choice of double or twin beds. Each room has a built-in wardrobe, an arm-chair, a desk with the modem plug-in facility, glass coffee table. Each room has a thermostat, satellite TV, phone, mini-bar, safe deposit box. En-suite bathrooms are decorated with bits of Italian marble and glass shelves. Phones have a voice-mail service and are placed next to the bed on the bed-side table.

Superior Deluxe Room

All rooms of this grade have an upper floor and high ceilings. Beds are king-size, rooms are spacious and bright. Decor is of modern design, lovely soft colours, lithography pictures on walls. Windows face Malaya Morskaya street. A wooden ladder leads to the upper floor, a settee and a coffee table are next to it. Desks have modem plug-in facilities. Each room has a thermostat, satellite TV, phone, mini-bar, safe deposit box. En-suite bathrooms are decorated with bits of Italian marble and glass shelves. Phones have a voice-mail service and are placed next to the bed on the bed-side table.
