About the Area: The apartment is located in the center of the city, on the Fontanka river embankment.The central street of St. Petersburg, Nevsky Prospekt is within 15 minutes walk from the house. Some other places of interest, such as Catherine Garden, the Philharmonic Society, the Jazz Philharmonic Hall and the well-known shopping centre “Gostiny Dvor” are within 20 minutes walk from the house. Just next to the house there is a good supermarket with all kinds of food and drink, open early morning. The area boasts many restaurants, bars and other places of entertainment: Japanese restaurant “Kioto” (Fontanka 77), 2 Mexican restaurants “La Cucaracha” (Fontanka emb., 39) and “La Vida Loca” (Gorokhovaya 39), restaurant “Rossi’s Club” (Zodchego Rossi 1/3), the fast-food restaurants – “McDonalds’(Nevsky 45) and “U Teschi na Blinah” (Gorokhovaya 43) – to name but a few.

It’s furnished with 1 double bed, a small night table, a dining table, TV. The flat has internet access. The kitchen corner has top of the range cooking facilities. The bathroom has a water heater ensuring a hot water supply throughout a year. The total floor area is 30 sq m.
