The area offers many restaurants, pubs and bars: “Krokodil” (ulitsa Kazanskaya 24), “Tschaika” (Canal Griboedova 14), Soviet style restaurant “Zov Ilyicha” (ulitsa Kazanaskaya 34) and others. The Accommodation Details: The flat has two rooms: an open plan living room and a bedroom. The rooms are furnished with 1 double bed in the bedroom with bed-side tables, 1 double fold-out sofa and fold-out armchair in the living room (ensuring an extra sleeping space), a wardrobe, a cocktail table, a TV-set, telephone, washing machine, etc. The apartment has got very interesting design: natural wooden floor and furniture are combined with restored brick-built panels of 1810s. The kitchen area has top of the range cooking facilities. The bathroom has a sauna and a water heater ensuring a hot water supply throughout a year. The total floor area is 80 sq m.
